A "novel" idea for giving to the library has come from children who have asked friends invited to their birthday parties to donate books or money to the library in lieu of gifts. It is a generous and thoughtful gesture that is greatly appreciated by the library.

Annual Book Sale

The 2011 Friends of the Village Library Book Sale will be held June 25 – July 9. The Friends will hold an additional collection day at the village library on Saturday June 4th from 10am to noon. Donations of books, CD’s, and DVD’s will be accepted. If you have items to donate but cannot make this date, please call Deb LeCates at 547-7151 to arrange a pick-up.
